Hip Hop Abs: The Best Effective Fun Ab Workout

A couple of months ago I purchased Hip Hop Abs

I have always wanted to learn how to dance and grove, but I didn't know how. Additionally, I wasn't really proud of my mid-section, and going to a club with no dance skills and a decent gut wasn't going to cut it. I saw Hip Hop Abs one night on an info-commercial and thought it looked interesting so I bought it.

I admit the first night was strange. It didn't feel natural to me. I did it in my basement and made sure no one was watching me because I knew I didn't look natural. However, after a few nights and letting myself 'feel' my own grove plus taking Shawn T's advise it soon become more effective, natural, and fun.

This is an excellent workout because it combines a great cardio workout, plus gives you the muscular and shaping techniques that is required for efficient weight loss and targeting without any sit-ups or crunches.

For anyone who wants to cut there mid-section, hips, buns, and thighs and have fun, I suggest this workout. The first couple of days may seem weird, but it will soon have you burning and grooving the pounds off.

My Artichoke Obsession

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Lately I have had a craving for artichokes.

Ever since my friends girlfreind introduced me to them last year I've been hooked. I allways saw them in the store but never really knew anything about them.

The night I was over at my freinds house we just filled a pot full of water and dropped the choke in there. After about a good 40 minutes to an hour later we took it out and split it up between the three of us. At first I was hesitant and didn't even want to try it, but my friends gf pressured me into it. And now Im hooked.

There are dozens of ways ways to cook and eat an artichoke. The way we did it was just by pealing the leaves off one by one and scraping/biting the 'meat' off of them until we got to the heart. Some people like to dip the leaves in butter or dip, but we just sprinkeled a little salt on them.

Later I did a little research and found out that artichokes are very high in fibre, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and other trace elements important for a balanced system. They have also been known to positively help poor liver function, slightly lower the blood sugar, improve the appetite and digestion, and also has powerful antioxidant activity.

Additionally, artichokes are --

a low calorie food,
a fat free food,
a cholesterol free food,
low in sodium,
a good source of vitamin C,
a good source of folate,
and a good source of magnesium.

Not to mention tastey.

Opener

Hey everyone.
My name is Brett and this is my first time ever using Blogger - Or even posting a blog period.
I got interested about blogging from people I have talked to, and have heard that its the best way to share ideas, perspectives and opinions with people.

I made a blog about health becuase I am interested in it. In the past, I used to struggle with weight and many other issues and topics related to health and well being.

During the next few months I will be posting some topics that involve my concerns about the generations of today ( Esp. Gens-X & Y ), and the other generations concerning controversy relating to the growing obesity rate, lifestyles, and over all well-being of people in today's society.

Thanks for stopping by. Any and all comments are welcome.
